a mighty fine hike, and goodbye snow...

Today I dusted off my hiking shoes and we headed over to Tumalo Falls for a 3 hour hike. I was so excited to get out- it had been way too long. We kept the hike a little short, just to make sure my foot wasn't killing me by the end of it, and all went well. The foot is getting much better, I'll be running in no time... well, in a few months, I guess.

Anyway, it was absolutely the most perfect day for a hike, and the scenery was beautiful... just check it out:

After the hike, we had the missionaries over for dinner. Elder Snow- who just happens to be one of the most awesome missionaries ever, is being transferred on Monday. Total Bummer! But thats the life of a missionary. The people of his next area will be very lucky to have him, and we will certainly miss him. His Momma should be proud...
